In 1979, our church had its beginnings in Lingle, Wyoming with a group of dedicated people who began a bible study. This bible study would later become a church plant called North Hills Baptist Church. Pastor Dick Young was called to be the first pastor of the young church plant. In 1981, after meeting in an old plumbing shop, north of the post office, on Main Street in Lingle, they broke ground and constructed their new church home.

From the beginning, North Hills has been committed to bringing the good news of Jesus to the people of Southeastern Wyoming. Today, North Hills is a vibrant, growing community of people from all walks of life, and of all ages. You will find North Hills to be fully committed to two things: Loving God and Loving People.
